Terms of Service – Cre8tive Energy Shop

By placing an order with Cre8tive Energy Shop, you agree to the following terms:

1. General Information

Cre8tive Energy Shop offers handmade and custom-designed gemstone jewelry, and soul-centered tools. All items are created with intention, care, and energetic purpose. Due to the nature of handmade items, slight variations may occur.

2. Order Processing

  • Monthly drop items ship same-day if ordered by 1:00 PM MST, Monday through Friday.

  • Custom orders and Vault collection items require 2 business days for processing.

  • Orders are shipped Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

3. Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

We now offer refunds or store credit on eligible items. To be considered, you must contact us within 7 business days or 48 hours if it is damaged of receiving your order.

Please note:

  • Sanitary items such as croc charms and similar personal-use products are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • If the issue is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or defect), we will gladly issue a refund, exchange, or store credit.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for a return or exchange.

  • For damaged items, please email us photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can assess the situation.

4. Incorrect Addresses

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a $6 reshipment fee will be required.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Cre8tive Energy Shop is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered” by the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier for resolution.

6. Custom Work

Custom designs are co-created with your input and my intuitive process. Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

7. Spiritual Disclaimer

Our products are made with spiritual intention, but are not a substitute for medical, legal, or psychological advice. Results may vary by individual.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, product designs, descriptions, photos, and brand materials are the property of Cre8tive Energy Shop and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
