Shipping Policy

Processing Times:

Please allow 2-3 business days for your items to be shipped.

Shipping Days:
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery Estimates:
Once your order ships, delivery time is based on your selected shipping method and carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays once your order has left our hands.

Address Accuracy:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, there will be a $7 re-shipment fee to resend your order.

Tracking:
All orders include tracking. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Cre8tive Energy Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve delivery issues.
