 Refund & Store Credit Policy – Cre8tive Energy Shop

Your satisfaction is important to me. Each piece is made with care and intention, and I want you to feel good about what you receive. If something doesn’t feel right, please reach out. I will do everything in my power to make it right.

 Refund & Resolution Eligibility:

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
For any other concerns, please reach out within 7 business days and I’ll do my best to make it right.. A refund or store credit may be considered depending on the situation.

Refunds or store credit may be issued if:

  • You received the wrong item, or it is missing key elements from a custom design.

  • The item significantly differs from what was agreed upon.

  • It arrived damaged due to packaging issues (photo proof required within 48 hours).

Refunds or credit will not be granted for:

  • Damage caused after delivery (wear, breakage, improper care).

  • Natural variations in stone patterns or handmade wire wrapping.

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces due to change of mind.

  • Items returned without prior approval.

 Store Credit Option:

In many cases, I’m happy to offer store credit for future use instead of a refund, especially for returns of ready-made pieces. This helps keep energy exchange in balance and supports the handmade process.

Items eligible for return must be in original, unused condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise discussed.
