Throat Chakra Candle

You may experience excess anxiety, fear of judgement, and scared to speak up.

How to do I cleanse my throat chakra?

To cleanse your throat chakra, light this candle and write down all of the things that you need to release. When you are done you can either rip up your letter or burn it using this candle provided. It is also important to focus on your inner child traumas and work on those issues.
